Saint Joseph's Zeppole


The zeppole di San Giuseppe are the typical dessert of Father's Day which is celebrated on March 19th.They are soft donuts of choux fried pastry filled with custard and garnished with sour cherries in syrup and a sprinkling of icing sugar.

Composition / ingredients: Flour, milk, butter, sugar, salt, corn starch, rice starch, eggs, peanut oil, sour cherries in syrup.

Allergens: Gluten, dairy products, eggs, sulphites.
